hello, hello, my friend (2021)

hello, hello, my friend is a collaborative audio/visual reflection on connectivity, nature, and friendship. HHMF was commissioned by NMASSFest and Church of the Friendly Ghost for NMASSFest 2021 and premiered in July 2021.

Featuring: khat knotahaiku (voice memos), Zachariah Matteson (renga, field recordings), Mark Sutherland (saxophone), Doug Friesen (double bass, fuzz bass, drums), Julia Dixon (cello, field recordings), McKenzie Bezic (intermission music), Kumiko Sakamoto (voice), and Camille Schiess (voice).


landscape shifts (2020)

landscape shifts is a forty minute, single movement work for small ensemble, electronics and projections. The piece was premiered in February 2020 in Austin, TX.

Featuring: Julia Dixon (cello and voice), Kumiko Sakamoto (voice), and Camille Schiess (violin and voice).
